Who we are

Fast Education is an English-language education centre with branches in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Our apps are companions to lessons that take place in person at our centres. They contain no advertising and no in-app purchases.

Who can use the apps

Accounts are created only by Fast Education: staff accounts by our administration, student accounts when a student registers at a branch. There is no public sign-up. For students under 18, registration is made at the centre together with a parent or guardian.

What we collect

• Staff: name, phone number, role and branch, a photo, and work records (lessons, attendance marks, payments taken, tasks, points and salary).
• Students: name, student ID, phone number, a photo taken at registration, group and teacher, attendance, homework answers, test and exam results, and payment status.
• Technical: the information needed to keep you signed in and to deliver app updates. We do not collect location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Why we use it

Only to run the education centre: lessons and homework, attendance, exams, payments and receipts, salaries, and communication between the centre, its staff and its students. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Camera and photos

The apps ask for the camera or photo library only when you choose to take or attach a photo (for example a student's registration photo, or a photo of handwritten homework). Photos of handwritten homework are read to produce feedback and are not kept.

Service providers

Data is stored and processed by providers we use to run the service: Supabase (database, located in the European Union), Google Firebase (website hosting) and bunny.net (file and photo storage). Written homework may be sent to AI services (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) to produce feedback; the student's name is not included.

How long we keep it

For as long as you study or work at Fast Education, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. Face data and photos of students who have left are deleted automatically after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or to close your account. Contact the reception desk of your branch or write to us (below). Because accounts are created by the centre, account deletion is done by the centre on request.

Security

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to data is limited by role: each person sees only what their job needs.

Biz haqimizda

Fast Education — Samarqandda filiallari bo'lgan ingliz tili o'quv markazi. Ilovalarimiz markazdagi yuzma-yuz darslarga yordamchi vosita. Ularda reklama ham, ilova ichida to'lov ham yo'q.

Kim foydalana oladi

• Texnik: tizimda qolish va ilovani yangilash uchun kerakli ma'lumot. Joylashuv, kontaktlar va reklama identifikatorlari to'planmaydi.

Nima uchun

Faqat o'quv markazini yuritish uchun: darslar va uy vazifalari, davomat, imtihonlar, to'lovlar, maoshlar va aloqa. Shaxsiy ma'lumot sotilmaydi va reklamada ishlatilmaydi.

Xizmat ko'rsatuvchilar

О нас

Fast Education — учебный центр английского языка с филиалами в Самарканде. Наши приложения дополняют очные занятия в центре. В них нет рекламы и встроенных покупок.

Кто может пользоваться

Аккаунты создаёт только Fast Education: аккаунты сотрудников — администрация, аккаунты учеников — при записи в филиале. Открытой регистрации нет. Ученики младше 18 лет записываются в центре вместе с родителем или опекуном.

Какие данные собираются

• Сотрудники: имя, телефон, должность и филиал, фото, рабочие записи (уроки, посещаемость, принятые платежи, задачи, баллы и зарплата).
• Ученики: имя, ID ученика, телефон, фото при записи, группа и преподаватель, посещаемость, ответы на домашние задания, результаты тестов и экзаменов, статус оплаты.
• Технические: данные для входа и обновления приложения. Геолокация, контакты и рекламные идентификаторы не собираются.

Зачем

Только для работы учебного центра: уроки и домашние задания, посещаемость, экзамены, оплаты, зарплаты и связь. Мы не продаём персональные данные и не используем их для рекламы.

Поставщики услуг

Данные хранятся у Supabase (Европейский союз), Google Firebase и bunny.net. Письменные домашние задания могут отправляться в сервисы ИИ (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) для обратной связи — без имени ученика.
