Help with the apps «Fast Education ERP» (staff) and «Fast Education — Student».
Students
- Signing in: type your student ID (one letter and six digits, for example a123456). Your teacher posts it in your group chat; the reception desk can tell you too.
- Live lessons and class games: when your teacher starts the lesson, the app opens it by itself. A guest from another group, or without an ID, taps «Join as a guest» on the sign-in screen and types the four-digit code shown on the board.
- Payments: the «Payments» tab shows your balance, how many lessons it covers and when the next payment is due. Payments are made at the reception desk of your branch; the app takes no money.
- Homework not opening, or a wrong result: tell your teacher or the reception desk of your branch.
Staff
- Signing in: your phone number and password. Accounts and passwords are issued by the central planner or the administration; there is no self sign-up.
- Forgot your password, or a screen does not work: contact your branch manager or the central planner.

Yordam (o'zbekcha)
- O'quvchilar: o'quvchi ID raqamingiz bilan kiring (masalan a123456) — u guruh chatida yoki qabulxonada. O'qituvchi darsni boshlaganda ilova uni o'zi ochadi. Mehmonlar kirish oynasidagi «Mehmon sifatida qo'shilish» tugmasi va doskadagi 4 xonali kod bilan qo'shiladi. «To'lovlar» bo'limida balans va keyingi to'lov sanasi ko'rinadi; to'lov qabulxonada qilinadi.
- Xodimlar: telefon raqami va parol bilan kiring. Parolni markaziy rejalashtiruvchi yoki ma'muriyat beradi.
- Aloqa: filialingiz qabulxonasi.

- Ученики: вход по ID ученика (например a123456) — он есть в чате группы или на ресепшене. Когда учитель начинает урок, приложение открывает его само. Гости нажимают «Войти как гость» на экране входа и вводят 4-значный код с доски. Во вкладке «Платежи» — баланс и дата следующей оплаты; оплата — на ресепшене.
- Сотрудники: вход по номеру телефона и паролю. Пароль выдаёт центральный планировщик или администрация.
- Связь: ресепшн вашего филиала.
